I (Doug) had purchased my first home in 1996 in the beautiful neighborhood of Hunters Green. The house provided many years of enjoyment for me (and my family). Located on a cul-de-sac on a preservation lot, I enjoyed the low-traffic highly-scenic spot. With Doug & Annette Bohannon as my real estate agents, the house was listed in April of 2002 and sold within 3 months for the full price (minus some closing costs and household items).
